CMI(相干调制成像)
张福才等人提出了一种基于波前调制的CDI 方案[1-2],亦称相干调制成像(Coherent Modulation Imaging,CMI)[3]。通过在传统CDI成像结构中引入已知的调制器信息(如下图所示),使得相位恢复算法可以快速收敛,迅速消除模糊解问题。CMI方法显示了很好的收敛性和鲁棒性,并且适用于扩展性样品,可用于高功率激光器的波前在线诊断[4]、脉冲光束测量[5]和光学元件检测[6],在针对动态过程的研究中也具有巨大的潜力[7]。
